im pretty sure i need this

If you're trying to cut out soda, what healthy drinking alternatives do you really have? Well, if you get one of these cool pitchers, you can have naturally fruit infused water right at your fingertips. How does it work? There's a special container suspended inside the clear acrylic pitcher that has open holes which allow liquid and fruit to mix together. Best part? Since it's two separate containers you can either keep refiling the outer container or switch out the inner one with new and different fruit.

The Ricardo Tisci’s Givenchy 011 spring/summer collection continued on with the designer’s penchant for monochromatic colors and a goth-inspired aesthetic. Blending the realm of street and high fashion, the collection revolved around classic colors such as black, white and nude which further compounded the impact of Tisci’s sub-theme involving leopard prints.

self standing toothbrooshes

Self-Standing Toothbrush designed by Hyun Jin Yoon & Eun Hak Lee.

love this shit

At Design Festa 2010 these wonderful mushroom lamps by the Great Mushrooming himself. Made by glass, LED lights and found wood. I was not the only one in absolute awe of the beauty of these practical works of art – the crowd in front of his exhibition was thick with people. I’d say this guy must have been on of the top five artists in the whole festival. I love the detail of the absolutely non-fungi little plastic on/off dial. So sweet and so mechanical. It makes for a great contrast to the brittle lights. I wouldn’t mind having a whole room decorated with these.

freshest heels period!!!!!

House in Sotogrande

The A-cero architecture studio, managed by Mr. Torres, projected a single-family holiday-house situated in a tourist town of the Mediterranean coast.

Here is the project description:

A-cero has chosen the white colour as the main element in the house’s decoration in order to provide clarity and luminosity to the interior areas. Furthermore, white colour has been chosen because it creates a relaxation atmosphere according to the playful intentions of the owners. In the exterior areas you can find a 90m2 swimming pool and wide recreation places in order to celebrate meetings and social events.

The house’s structure is a cubic volume. It has an area of almost 400 m2 and it is distributed in two floors. The most public spaces are in the ground floor: lounge, dining room, hall and a cleaning room. The kitchen and service area are in this level too. All the rooms have access to the exterior areas.
Private areas are in the highest level. In this floor are all the bedrooms (the principal one, the guests and child bedrooms).

The furniture, designed by A-cero, includes lacquered modern pieces. White and beige woods have a main role in the furniture. In some places there are some details of dark wood which break the predominant white colour.

Owners have given to the house a personal style. They have included several pieces in the house’s decoration as a Piet Hein lamp or a chair set in the games room.

In conclusion, this is a comfortable and functional house for summer holidays where the white colour has the main role according to the typical architecture of the region where it is located.
