"Belize" from LineAqua is a wonderful solution for any bathroom to provide day to day hygiene needs while promoting self wellness. This design is a combination Finnish dry sauna and steam shower all in one tidy cabin. The name "Finnish sauna" refers to a small cabin designed for sweating where toxins are released from the body through perspiration. This model is great since it combines the "wet" with the "dry". There are times where I personally want water therapy and other times a dry therapy. Some features in Belize include: chromatherapy lighting, 4 body sprays, sauna stove, rain shower, and FM Radio. The dry sauna cabin is separated from the shower by a sliding door. There is a folding seat in the shower where you can sit and enjoy a shower or the direct massage jets. Measurements: 71" x 48" x 87". Price: $5,000.

Arch Daily Snefjord Road stop / Pushak

The site of the road stop is a paradox. Oftentimes, the hardest winds blow off the sea, and yet the most attractive view is toward the fjord. The obvious response in order to shield tourists from the wind would be to construct a view-blocking wall. Instead three “bench-boxes” prefabricated at a local wharf dot the area, and their differing orientations allow visitors to choose where to sit according to wind and sun conditions.

Hanshin Tigers x A Bathing Ape Limited Collection

Showing its diversity across popular Japanese culture, A Bathing Ape recently created a special capsule of products with the Hanshin Tigers. The professional baseball team sees its aesthetic and theme applied over numerous items ranging from both fashion to accessories such as keychains. Seen here are some of the apparel offerings and accessories which include the incorporation of both the Tigers’ mascot and Baby Milo. The items which were only available via a special Osaka exhibition are available now at Anytime.

Tattoo magazines usually feature a lot of tattoos - as you’d expect. But where do you go from there? Tare Lugnt, a swedish magazine, have gone beyond the call of duty by making their third issue a tattoo. It’s a little extreme, to say the least, but it is an eye catching way of making a magazine. No word yet on what they’ll do for issue four.

Boxed Water: It's What's for Drinking

Boxed milk and juices are a supermarket staple, but one company is now selling boxed water.

Boxed Water Is Better sells water in cartons, ditching the plastic bottles while reducing the overall carbon footprint of packing and distribution by 80%.

20% of the company's profits are passed along to reforestation (10%) and water relief (10%) while you sip on the sweet hydrogen/oxygen nectar of Minnesota and a few parts per billion of paper pulp.

But while Boxed Water is undoubtedly more sustainable than bottled water, I can't help but think the product's absurdity does less to open a new market than close an old one. In other words, Boxed Water is a ridiculous solution to an even more ridiculous problem—that we'd rather buy packaged water than drink it for nearly free out of the tap.

Self-sufficient city planned near Seoul

Rotterdam based architects, MVDRV won the Gwanggyo Power Center Competition with their design of a new self-sufficient city just south of Seoul, South Korea. The plan consists of a series of overgrown hill shaped buildings and will house offices, shops, residences, and educational facilities. These buildings will be interconnected on the lower floors. Concentrating work-play in a common area means reduction in commutes and dependency on auto and transportation systems.

The cluster of building rises up in concentric rings, and each floor is lined with plantations that improve ventilation while reducing energy and water consumption. The roofs and terraces of the buildings will be lined with box hedges. An interal irrigation system stores extra water and sustains these green structures. The site is surrounded by a lake and forrests. The estimated completion of this project is slated for 2011.

Arch Daily Manresa City Hall / Add Bailo Rull

We have understood Manresa as the city that one day settled itself on a hill bordering the river Cardener, in front of Montserrat mountains. The City Hall building stands near the edge of the platform that, occupied by the historic quarter, juts out towards the river and faces Montserrat.

The main facade overlooks the central city plaza, and is the terminus of the main routes that cut through the historic centre. The back facade occupies the limit we are talking about, where the topography drops rapidly down towards the river.

The sneakers come in both leather, perforated leather and patent leather and all feature a neoprene sock liner and velcro closure. Son Paints 60-Foot Phallus On Parent's Roof

Rory McInnes, 18, inspired by a television program he watched about Google Earth, climbed onto his parent's roof and painted a 60-foot phallus with a bucket of white paint. It took his parents over a year to discover the monster shlong, and now Rory "will have to scrub it off when he gets back from traveling". Haha, scrub it off. But seriously, who the hell paints a giant member ON THEIR OWN HOUSE? Sorry, but I'm chalking this one up as a penis painting fail, Rory. Better luck next dong.

Cyan Nylon Messenger by Incase

I am really liking the color of the Cyan Nylon Messenger by Incase. They do it right over there. The cam buckle on the strap and the zippered pocket on the flap are both smart touches. And the tapered/seated buckles are nicely done too.

The cheez Spring/Summer 2009 Collection has been released. The rather new Japanese brand has become known for fun and colorful collections. Their new line consists of t-shirts, hoodies, windrunner jackets and mesh caps. We especially like the windrunners and the mesh caps this season, which feature bold materials and color combinations.

A Toilet on Skis

Wallpaper has been used for centuries to decorate rooms with graphic imagery, but in some Japanese ski resorts this idea has been taken to a whole new level. In order to promote Georgia Max Coffee, Tokyo advertising agency, Tugboat, has transformed toilet stalls into a virtual ski jumps. When someone takes a seat on the toilet they find themselves immersed inside the photomontage with wraps across the floor. Yet it isn't until you reach for the toilet paper that you find the advertising message, which declares that Georgia Max Coffee is a "super zinging taste-explosion". Whether this is an effective campaign remains to be seen. The invasion of product marketing into every space of our lives is troubling, but it's hard to deny intriguing quality of this work.

With all of the hoopla still surrounding Nike’s Air Yeezy, we catch a glimpse of various Hip-Hoppers rocking the highly scouted yet unreleased Kanye West-endorsed hi tops. Included performers caught sporting the kicks included Bun B, GLC with Samples, and Mr. West himself.

Deck House / Assadi + Pulido

The project starts having in mind a deck of wood. Over this platform would be incirporated the different areas of the house. Nevertheless, the resources were exclusively aimed at this terrace, and the interior space was enough only for a large living area incirporated to this terrace. It was decided, therefore, to assign almost all these resources to resolve the housing based on two main components: a deck and a living area, being this later one capable of absorbing the kitchen, the dinning room, and even the master bedroom. Additionally, considering that in a summer holiday house dormitories are only used to sleep, it was decided to eliminate this concept, changing it for “a group sleeping area at which the space aimed at dormitories almost fully disappears from the project.

Merci Beaucoup 2009 Fall/Winter Collection

With the economic climate having a strong effect on the outlook of fashion design, Japanese brand Merci Beaucoup seems to have either completely missed out on the memo or chosen to continue on a very much one-of-a-kind aesthetic with their 2009-2010 fall/winter collection. Featuring both male and female outfits, the brand’s use of a butterfly theme is quite literal as we see some wild looks and outfits. However to the brand’s credit, there are some more subtle pieces in the collection as well as some interesting fur-based footwear offerings.

Louis Vuitton x Kanye West “Boat” Sneakers

With the release of the Kanye West For Louis Vuitton footweaar collection coming closer we can give you a look today at the boat sneakers. Coming with a similar base silhouette as the Don sneaker out of the collection, the main difference is on the front, where the sneaker has a clear boat shoe silhouette and tassles. The sneaker seems to be coming in all white and in grey/pink, the same colorway that we have already seen on a high top sneaker out of the collection. Images via BKRW.

Levi’s x Kaws “Navy Teeth” Denim

As it turns out the recent collaboration of Kaws and Levi’s also includes a denim model with a navy teeth design and not only the red/white design that we showcased earlier. The “Navy Teeth” Chompers design by Kaws is much more subtle, as the design is only embroidered and not printed onto the denim.

At the Geneva Auto Show, Infiniti presented their new Essence sportscar. The beautiful car does not only impress with its design and its 600 HP hybrid engine, but also with the details. As you can imagine the tunk is pretty small and therefore Infiniti commissioned Louis Vuitton to create a custom luggage collectio, that fits perfectly into the trunk. The outcome is just perfect.
